We don’t charge any set up fees to get started. Shipping is FREE with all Pelipost photo orders.
How many people can inmates give their PeliPALS ID to?
Your loved one can provide their PeliPALS ID to as many people as they want, HOWEVER, use caution when sharing an ID #. They should please provide this number ONLY to those whom they trust and wish to receive photos from. By giving this number, they are giving the sender permission to use their funds to send them photos. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISUSE OF THIS ID #.
Will someone be able to use my funds to send photos to another inmate?
NO! PeliPAL funds are securely linked to your inmate's mailing information only. The sender will not be able to change any of your contact information on your account. It will not be possible for the sender to use YOUR funds to send photos to other people.
How long does it take for photos to arrive at the facility?
Photos are shipped the following business day and take about 3 to 5 business days to arrive to the facility. Photos will be delivered shortly after pending correctional staff inspections. ***Please note that Saturday, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
What if I don’t have enough funds to cover my next photo order?
If your funds can’t cover the cost of your order, the person sending has the option of paying the remaining amount using their credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal.
What is your Return Policy?
If photos are returned from a facility, they will be mailed back directly to Pelipost. Once they arrive to us, we will email the sender letting them know that the photos were returned, along with the reason they were returned. Common reason for order being returned are the following:
· Photos containing nudity
· Photos containing shirtless children (i.e. Newborn babies)
· Photos containing hand signs (i.e. gang signs, “peace” signs, and obscene gestures.)
***IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you are aware of the institution's specific photo policies AND that you let your friends and family know. We will not issue refunds for photos which are in violation of facility rules and regulations.
